Dental Hygienist
Hi, I’m Jerri. My main roles in the office are to provide our patients with gum disease treatment, routine cleaning and placing sealants for children. I have worked as a hygienist since 1991 and have been happily working with our dental team since 2001. I feel very satisfied to know that I am helping to improve our patients’ smiles and their health by providing high quality dental care.
I am a native of Iowa and have lived in Marion since 1996. When I’m not in the office I enjoy reading, playing cards and darts, and hanging out with my kids.

Office Manager
Hi! I’m Jan. Dr. Besler inherited me when she purchased the practice in 2004. I have been at the front desk since 1996 and I love my job. At the office you will find me welcoming patients, coordinating appoints and taking care of insurance needs. In my spare time, I enjoy watching the Rough Riders play hockey and watching Iowa football games. I also like to take walks, read and go shopping when I’m not spending time with my children, grandchildren, great granddaughter and cocker spaniel, Princess Boots.

Hello. I’m Carla. I am a chairside assistant for our practice as well as the Invisalign coordinator. I have been in the field of dentistry since 1981 and with Dental Associates since 2004. Improving patients’ smiles with Invisalign is my passion but when I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my husband and our family.

Hello, I am Jill. I have recently returned to the practice in our new location. I am working at the front desk helping Jan schedule patients and answer phones. In my free time I enjoy reading, Iowa football and watching movies. I also enjoy spending time with my family and kayaking at our cabin. I look forward to working with you and your family.

Hello, I’m Pam. I’ve been a chairside assistant to Drs. Besler and Ross since 2008. I enjoy working at our office because the entire staff really cares about our patients and providing them with quality dentistry. I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend Bill, our kids and grandkids and our dogs. We both love to cook and have family dinners on Sundays. I also like to decorate, plant flowers and take care of my houseplants.
