Our Practice Policies
ROLE OF PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS
- A Parent or Legal Guardian must be present during all examinations to give consent for treatment.
- Legal Guardians must present court documentation as proof of guardianship.
AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY CARE
- Some dental emergencies become medical emergencies that will be referred on to a hospital.
- After hours emergency treatment is only available to patients of record who have been seen by our office for routine care in the past year.
- A dentist will make the determination if it is a true emergency that needs to be seen right away or can wait until normal office hours.
FAILED APPOINTMENT POLICY
If three appointments are failed appointments without notice or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the dentist-patient relationship will be terminated with a written notice.
FINANCIAL POLICY
- Payment with Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa or CareCredit is due at the time of service.
- Outside financing is available through CareCredit. The application process is simple and a response regarding approval is normally the same day. CareCredit offers 3 and 6 month interest free plan depending on the amount financed. CareCredit offers a 1 year interest free plan for Invisalign Orthodontic Treatment.
